Abstract

- Additive for building materials, for use with hydraulic and/or organic polymeric binders in aqueous systems, contains natural potato starch or its derivatives. The novelty is that the potato starch has an amylose content < 20%. Also claimed are a premix of the binder(s) and additive; and a ready-made plaster containing the binder(s), additive, fillers, colours and other usual additives.
