Abstract
Abstract Invention of CS Padlock consists of 3 different components (Figure 3);(A) Outer Clear Plastic (B) Colored Insert(C) Formed Wire HaspInvention discloses an adjustable secure grip with stainless steel wire hasp providing additional security intended for tote boxes, airline bar boxes, in-bond shipments, trailers and others.Figure 3; Insert 'B' is designed with 2 interlock walls, '5' and '7', molded with inter-lock spring flip '1a~1d', which will locked onto inner protrusion steps '3a-3d' of outer clear plastic encase 'A'. Base with protrusion rib '2', will melt through ultrasonic process to bond 'B' onto 'A'. Wire hasp formed with length '4"and '6' with both ends '4a' & '6a' bended in v-shaped, which shall interlock firmly against insert `B" at '5a' and '7a' when inserted. For security and tracking purpose, identification of serial number, barcode, logo and customized ID on outer clear body can be implemented.Means of opening is through cracking and breaking with cutting tool needed for removal. (Figure 3)

This is a self-locking padlock with an acrylic body for long field life. The subject invention relates to securing money handling, personnel belongings and cargo industries.
The material is made from Acrylic or Acrylic with UV which is durable and light weight.
The top and bottom housing are jointed via using ultra-sonic welding, meaning the only way to open it, is to crack and break it.
The key factor in this invention is irreversible usage, meaning cutting tool is needed for removal. The decorated label is completely encased to protect from dirt or alteration. 2. Description of Related Art
The mechanical designs of CS Padlock Seal are such that it incorporates reliable security issues. Apart from easily replaced locks in the market, this device stands out in sense of security and consumers’ confident. These are the important factors to product marketability. 3. Summary of Invention
It is an object that: - Frangible acrylic material is chosen as it provides tamper evidence clearly and crime cannot be subsequently hidden or covered up. - The locking mechanism, 0.047”(1.2mm) diameter stainless steel wire hasp, is completely enclosed. The clear outer body and colored insert display long shelve life. - Label is decorated with either bar code, human readable serial number and company name located inside the seal. 4. The orthographic view(Figure 1&2) shows: - - The front view and side view of the final product before lock(Figure 1) and after lock(Figure 2) with dimension stated. - The front view shows the overview of final product, consisting of barcode label tag on outer clear plastic.
The exploded view(Figure 3) shows: - The component), outer clear plastic encase. - The component(B), color insert design with locking features which provide the inter- locking function for locking the wire hasp. - The componentC) wire hasp formed with inter-lock feature against component B features.
The perspective view shows: - The final product been assembled with label, serial numbers or barcode.(Figure 4) 6) Conclusion :
This new invention is cater for in-bond shipments, trailers, hatches, meters, tote boxes, airline bar boxes, doors, money pouches, bags, tankers and meter sockets. Users can use the invention for additional security due to its self-locking seal.
Tampering with the application would be un-hidden and cannot be re-attached if broken.
The padlock has customized wording and consecutive numbers to enforce accountability and tracking purpose.
