Abstract
A includes: a body having an upper surface formed with a supply channel to be supplied with molten glass, and a pair of wall surfaces extending downwardly from both edges of the upper surface; and a pair of guides facing each other that regulate the width of the molten glass flowing down along the pair of the wall surfaces. The pair of guides each have a downwardly sharpened contour with a vertex being located on a ridge line that is formed by the intersection of each lower edge of the pair of the wall surfaces, when viewed in the direction in which the pair of the guides face each other.
