Abstract

ESD-PROOF POLARIZER The present invention provides an ESD-proof polarizer, which includes a transparent plastic film substrate having one side coated with a high transparent ESD-proof adhesive layer and the other side coated with an ESD- proof agent. The ESD-proof adhesive layer is then attached to a polarizer. The ESD-proof polarizer is characterized in that: when a protective film is detached from the polarizer, no ESD occurs on the adhesive layer or the polarizer, so that an object to which the polarizer is attached such as a liquid crystal screen of a thin-film transistor liquid-crystal display (TFT- LCD) may be protected from ESD damage.
