Abstract

There is disclosed a method of increasing the reaction rate of a fusion polypeptide undergoing a cleavage reaction. The method comprises the step of providing an oxidant to a reactant solution of the fusion polypeptide as it undergoes the cleavage reaction to increase the rate of the reaction.
