Abstract
The present invention relates to a fixing tool of a binder for a file, which is to be attached to a spine cover of a file binding paper sheets, and to the file to which a binder is fixed by the fixing tool. A fixing tool (1) of the present invention comprises: a long plate portion (1a); and an insertion portion (1b) which protrudes from a back surface of the plate portion (1a) and is inserted through a through hole (4a) of a file body (2). Then, on the plate portion (1a), a frame body (10) which surrounds four sides of a front surface of the plate portion (1a) is formed. An inside of the frame body (10) serves as a planar plate portion (11) recessed from a surface of the frame body (10) toward the insertion portion (1b) side. Further, between the planer plate portion (11) and upper and lower portions of the inside of the frame body (10), cut grooves (12a) and (12b) extended in a lateral direction of the plate portion (1a) are provided. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fixing tool of a binder for a file, and an index tool for the file, which are capable of attaching the binder onto the cover of the file by using a simple structure. Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fixing tool of a binder for a file, and the file, which are capable of providing the binder, and further, a spine index without damaging an exterior appearance of the file.
