CONTACTLESS COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM The present technology relates to a contactless 5 communication device and communication system capable of achieving further reduction of communication processing time. A reader/writer includes a controller that transmits an advanced message specifying a processing target and a 10 processing content as parameters to a contactless IC card on the other side by contactless communication, and causes a contactless IC card to execute the processing content using data as the processing target.
