Abstract

WAn offshore floating facility (10) includes a hull (12) and an intermediate fluid type vaporizer (16). The intermediate fluid type vaporizer (16) includes: a pump (34) which pumps sea water; an intermediate fluid evaporator (El) which evaporates an intermediate fluid by the sea water pumped up by the pump (34); an LNG evaporator (E2) which vaporizes an LNG by the intermediate fluid evaporated in the intermediate fluid evaporator (El); a gas pipe (21) which guides the intermediate fluid evaporated in the intermediate fluid evaporator (El) to the LNG evaporator (E2); and a liquid pipe (22) which guides the intermediate fluid condensed in the LNG evaporator (E2) to the intermediate fluid evaporator (El). The LNG evaporator (E2) is disposed on a deck (12a) of the hull (12), the intermediate fluid evaporator (El) is disposed below the deck (12a), and the intermediate fluid is allowed to naturally circulate between the intermediate fluid evaporator (El) and the LNG evaporator (E2). 24
