Abstract

Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a signal transmission method, a 5 network device, and a terminal device. The method comprises: sending indication information to a first terminal device, the indication information being used for indicating a resource region used for receiving a downlink control signal by the first terminal device; and sending the downlink control signal to the first terminal device in the resource region. By means of the method, the network device and the terminal device in the embodiments of the present invention, 10 system performance can be improved, and energy consumption of the terminal device can be reduced.
