Abstract

USE OF SHORT CHAIN FATTY ACIDS IN CANCER PREVENTION The invention relates to compositions for preventing or delaying the onset of hepatocellular cancer. The compositions of the invention may comprise short chain fatty acids. The compositions of the invention may also comprise probiotic bacteria. The compositions of the invention include compositions for preventing or delaying the onset of hepatocellular cancer by treating or preventing liver inflammation, liver disease, and precancerous lesions.
