Abstract

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING VIBRATIONS OF A MACHINE USING A LOW FRAMES PER SECOND (FPS) CAMERA A method and system for detecting vibrations of a machine using a low Frames Per Second (FPS) camera. The method includes illuminating a vibrating object with a strobe system and capturing video. Further setting the frequency to a second frequency that matches with the frequency of the vibrating object and capturing another video. Subsequently converting the videos to images and performing further analysis for computing frequency of the vibrating object. To be published with FIG. 21
