Abstract
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DETERMINIG A FALL RESPONSE OF A SUBJECT A computer implemented method for determining a fall response of a subject is provided. The subject has a sensor operatively coupled to a processor. The method includes receiving, at a processor, a signal corresponding to the subject’s activity, a state of the signal corresponding to one of three or more of the subject’s activities, in response to detecting a fall of the subject, comparing the state of the signal at a first predetermined time after the fall and the signal at a second predetermined time after the fall, and determining, at the processor, the fall response of the subject in response to the comparison.
