Abstract

APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PREFABRICATED MODULAR HOUSING The present invention relates to an apparatus, system and method for prefabricated modular housing. In particular, there is a prefabricated component for use in a prefabricated building system, comprising a first body portion having an edge, the edge comprises a coupling portion, wherein when the prefabricated component is arranged adjacent to a second component along the edge to form a composite module, the coupling portion and a part of the second component define a groove for a casting material to be in-filled to join the first body portion to the second component.
