Abstract

Two separate water circuits (2, 3) are present, the first flow of water (2) being brought into contact with the burner flame (50) and the hot gases (54a) close to the burner tube exit (13) via water distribution devices (14, 23), following which it is passed through a heat exchanger (4) associated with a water distribution system (1). The second flow of water (3) is brought into contact with the cooler exhaust gases (54b) via a water distribution device (26) and then made to pass through a heat pump (5) located upstream from the heat exchanger in the same water distribution system.
