Abstract

The damping device (10) comprises an elongated part (16) with a cap (17) of shock absorbing material at one end, the opposite end of this part being received by a fastener section (15) of a U-shaped bracket (11). The bracket arms (12, 13) bend in towards each other to grip against e.g. a door leaf in between them. The fastener section is provided in one of the arms (13).
