Abstract

The feeding bottle (1) which is sealable to allow transport without loss of the contents, includes a screw closure, and is connectable to a teat for supplying the contents to a baby. The bottle is provided with an initiatable heating unit (3) to heat the contents of the bottle for supply. From its upper end the bottle is provided with a tubular wall which folds inwards at the lower end of the bottle to form an annular part which folds upwards and inwards at its inner periphery to form a tube closed at its upper end, thus forming a cylindrical space (12) which is accessible from the outside. The space is designed to cooperate with the initiatable heating unit (13). The screw closure (8) consists of a screw lid (10) which is able to co-perate with a teat (11) and with a sealing arrangement (9) designed to close the actual bottle.
