Abstract

The element is made from optionally fibre-reinforced concrete, lightweight clinker or lightweight concrete and comprises a flat board (2), top and bottom beam flanges (4, 7) extending along both length edges of the board, and thermal insulation (12). The board includes a reinforcing structure (3) extending between the beam flanges, so that load from the top flange is transferred to the bottom flange.
