Abstract

The pad or cloth is releasably held between at least four hooks (38, 40) attached to supports (30, 32) arranged as a pair on opposite length sides of a base plate (10). The supports are movably attached to the base plate so that they can be moved between a released position where the pad or cloth is introduced next to the plate, and a locking position where the hooks fix the pad or cloth against the plate.
