Abstract

The invention is characterised in that an illuminating device which includes a flash unit (4; 9-13) where a substantial part of the light emitted is ultraviolet and short-wave light is caused to illuminate said marking (1-5) by causing said unit to flash light at least in conjunction with a voltage loss in respect of standard lighting.
