Abstract

The console (2) supporting the shelves has at least one arm (9) clamped into position between one of the arms (3) of the bracket used to secure the console to a vertical support (1) and the waist flange (5) part of this support. A downwards-protruding locking part (12) of the console is in contact with one side of the waist flange, in between the hole (7) in this flange for receiving the bracket and the spine flange (6) part of the support, this part continuing down past the hole and being used to fix the console in the horizontal direction. Shelves are mounted using an arrangement comprising an essentially vertical support and a console secured to the support via a bracket and having at least one shelf plane. The support includes a shelf plate with a waist flange protruding from a spine flange. The bracket comprises a U-shaped profile with two arms insertible into a hole in the waist flange so that the two arms come to be located on either side of this flange.
