Abstract

The towel (10) includes a Velcrotype hook and loop fastener band for securing it around the body. The female part (24) of the band is attached to the top length edge (12) at one end (16) of one side (20) of the towel, and the male part (26) of the band is attached to the same length edge at the opposite end of the opposite side. The female part is longer than the male part to allow the towel to be adapted to different body sizes.
