Abstract
A pneumatic cylinder or bellows (13) holds the pedal (9) in a free position, and is connected to a self-opening valve (15) placed on a grip surface for the vehicle movement. The valve is placed on an upper part of the vehicle, preferably a grip arch. The valve has the shape of an elongated, thin-walled bubble with a hose connection at its one end and an air hole (16) at its other end. The connection between the pneumatic cylinder or bellows (13) and the valve (15) has the form of a thin, soft hose (14), which enables the carriage to be collapsed to a storage position.
