Abstract

A blind is fitted with wires used to deliver the shock. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Wires (3, 4) connected to a current source (5) form a circuit (5) that delivers a powerful, high voltage electric shock to an intruder when the circuit is broken. The wires are connected to a blind (7) along the main part of its extensible surface (8), and are arranged in pairs so that they run very close to each other in a variety of patterns. The blind surface region (9) around these wires is highly resistant to being torn in a direction towards these wires.
