Abstract

An absorbent product (100), e.g. nappy, incontinence pad or sanitary towel, comprises an absorption body (120), a cover (110) for it, and at least two fastener tabs, each made up of two cooperating different parts (170, 170`, 180`, 180) extending along the side edges (130, 140) of the cover. The cover is mirror symmetrical about imaginary centre lines (182, 192) extending in the length and cross-directions respectively. The two pairs of identical fastener parts are positioned diagonally opposite each other.
