Abstract

The column (1) is tubular, and the pump incorporates a piston (6) which works in conjunction with a pump cylinder formed by the tubular column. The tubular column has an opening (16) at its lower end part under the water surface and beneath the piston. the transmission incorporates a line (5) which is connected to the float (2) and extends downwards around a lower line plate (3) and then upwards to an upper line plate (4) which is supported at the column upper part above the water surface and above the piston. The line extends downwards from the upper line plate into the tubular column and is connected with the piston inside it. The column in its upper part has a water outlet (7) which is located beneath a column opening (20), through which the line extends into the column to the piston.
