Abstract

One (7) of two plates (7,8) has a through hole (12) for a screw (13) for engagement with the threaded seat of an instrument placed on the upper side (9) of the plate. The upper side has a device (34) which prevents the rotation of the instrument. A hood (19) is movable between a locking position in which the screw is hidden and an opening position in which the screw is exposed. The hood incorporates units (23, 23', 27) which secure it in the closing position and thereby prevents unauthorised access to the screw. The device preventing rotation comprises one or more heel formations (34) fixed on the upper side of the first plate. Connected to the heel formations is a U-shaped frame (35), which opens in the direction towards the screw and on which is a cover plate (36). A foot part in the instrument can be partially inserted under the cover plate.
