Abstract

Container for a composting arrangement for night soil and other biodegradable material. The container is intended to be provided with an inclined plane (8) serving as a bottom for the composting material, and it is divided into an upper part (2, 13) with openings (4, 5) for connecting at least one toilet and a ventilation channel to the container, and a lower part (1) with at least one opening for removing decayed material from the container. The inclined plane (8) is designed in the form of a separate unit which is arranged in the lower part (1). The lower part (1) is designed with inner support members (6, 7) which permit the inclined plane (8) to be fitted in alternative positions. These support members (6, 7) are in the form of support surfaces which run along at least two opposite sides and form reinforcements for the container.
