Abstract

A moulding tool which can be assembled from two or more parts to provide a moulding space (F) corresponding to the shape of a sinterable ceramic or metal body comprises one part (24) produced using a wet composition which comprises solvent, heat conducting particles and material which is readily worked and form stable in solidified form, such as plaster,cement etc. The material is caused to solidify in a binding function in which the solvent is eliminated and pores thereby arise in the solidified material. The injection moulding composition is injected into the space (F) using a low or medium compression moulding pressure, any heat which arises due to the injection into the space is conducted away by means of the heat conducting particles in the solidified material. Any gas or air trapped in the space is conducted away through the pores in the solidified material.
