Abstract

The component has three gates (P1,P2,P3). A first transmission line (STL1) is connected between the first and second gates. A first series resonator (12) is between a reference potential and a first node (A). A second transmission line (13) is between the first and third gates. A second series resonator is between the reference potential and a second node (B). A further transmission line (STL5) is positioned in parallel with the first series resonator between the reference potential and the first node.
