Abstract

In the control unit is a timer (16) connected to the central unit (1) for setting a specific time for the maximum drive of the vehicle, e.g. in the case of vehicle hiring. The timer is also adjustable by means of the pressbuttons (14). When the set time is exceeded the encoded signal is erased, and the vehicle cannot move. - The control unit also incorporates an alarm part (2), which emits an acoustic alarm in the event of an unauthorised attempt to use the starter motor of the vehicle engine. Coupled to the alarm is a signal horn (2), but the alarm can also be given via the ordinary klaxon (15) of the vehicle via a relay. The starter motor (11) is coupled via the central unit (1) through a relay (9).
