Abstract

A pipe element (20) in a transport system for transport of particles in a gas flow (23), wherein the pipe element (20) attends to a change of direction of the gas flow and wherein the pipe element (20) is in the form of a bend with a decreasing radius of curvature in the direction of the flow for the purpose of reducing the erosion of the particles on the material at the bend.
