Abstract
The device arranges for each refrigerator section (10) to be supplied with cold carrier from at least one refrigeration unit. Each freezer section (2) is arranged to be supplied with a cold carrier from at least one freezer unit (1). Each section comprises at least one group (5,6,13,14) with at least one cold carrier-connected object (7,15) so that the refrigeration and/or deep freeze process plants incorporate at least two groups of objects. - A rapid defrosting unit (8) is connected to each group arranged to separate the cold carrier of the groups. This separated cold carrier is heated so that a rapid defrosting can occur, and this by means of a heat exchanger (16,17) connected to the defrosting circuit. The heat exchanger is even connected on a refrigeration medium basis to the refrigeration and/or deep freeze unit (1,9) warm side.
