Abstract

A new and heat-resistant material (4) is poured over the object and reproduces the object exactly in accordance with its shape, in the form of fire-bars (1) or an insert for a combustion installation. Following this, a mould can be prepared for preparing ceramic fire-bars or other combustion equipment inserts. A frame (3) is used in which the fire-bars are placed. A mass (4) is poured over the fire-bars and fills the vol. within the frame. The fire-bars produce an exact moulding in the mass, which can then be used as a mould for casting new fire-bars and inserts.
