Abstract

A tension rod device (5) to be mounted between a balcony slab (3) and a column (2) for supporting the balcony slab on a wall (1) has two mounting means (7, 8) and a tension rod (6) extending therebetween. Each mounting means (7, 8) is a bolt for such attachment to the balcony slab (3) and the column (2), respectively, that the bolt is rotatable about its axis. Each bolt has a bolt head in the form of a nut (9, 10), whose hole axis extends perpendicularly to the bolt axis. The two nuts have threads directed in opposite directions relative to each other. The tension rod (6) has at its ends oppositely directed threads and is adapted to be screwed into the nut (9, 10) of the respective mounting means (7, 8).
