Abstract

The sheet is folded twice at right angles to form a top side and base. It is then folded again twice at right angles to these sides to form a second top side (5) which overlaps the first top side. A flap (14) on the second top side is folded all the way round a shorter flap (10) from the first top side and then folded back. Part of the second top side flap becomes fixed between parts of the base and the first top side.
