Abstract

Movement components intermittently move the carrier with the mould tools (1,2,4) along the track. In one of the work stations, a injection station, an injection unit injects plastic into the mould tool (2) which is located in that particular station. Each mould tool comprises an integrated moulding unit and has a lower and an upper tool part (6,5), which between them define a moulding hollow space in the position where the tool parts are brought together. Devices (13,14) are arranged to hold together the tool parts in the integrated moulding units in the injection station and at least in another work station located directly after the injection station. The devices are arranged to hold together the tool parts even in the work station located directly before the injection station, at least directly before the tool leaves that station.
