Abstract
A separator is used with a low feed-in placed on its side. With the aid of centrifugal force level raising occurs in two stages with upwardly inclined rotating grooves (6). These grooves can be partly replaced by tubes, but grooves are easier to clean. Sepg. occurs in vessels (11) suspended in slings (21) on a rotating vertical shaft (5). Sepg. is introduced mechanically with the honey spread out in a thin layer so that waste material only has to move a short way to the surface, where it floats out on a honey bed. This all occurs under the effect of strong G-forces with the process continuing.
