Abstract

A holder device (1) is provided for retaining the measurement tube (2) in the fluid flow. The device is a rigid body of the same length as the measurement tube and has a longitudinal axis parallel to the tube with at least one longitudinal recess the same shape as the tube. The tube fits into the recess with a gap of even width between the tube outer surface and the recess inner surface. Each recess is open towards the outside of the holder device and a component is arranged for centering the measurement tube in the recess. The holder device is oriented so that each recess opening (5) is directed in the flow direction and each measurement tube hole (9) is directed inwards towards the innermost part of the holder device. A pair of vanes extend from the holder device between the recesses.
