Abstract

The building construction comprises joists with tapped holes for threaded distance and level adjustment units (6), which form an open gap (13) to the ground (14) and adjust the level of the joists. The threads in the holes are made directly in the joists and the distance and level adjustment units, which are wholly threaded, have such a length that the rear part (15) within the joist body has a part length of at least 10mm and a front free part (12) with a part length of at least 1mm. The sprung components have a rectangular cross-section, extending along the joists without the formation of intermediate space, and consisting of a compressible rubber type foamed material with a density of 100-400 kg/m3, and a compression module of 1-20 MPa.
