Abstract

A floor, a wall, a ceiling or another surface with at least one heater comprises, except for the heater (3) located on an underlayer therefor, a binder layer (9) which has been spread on said underlayer around said heater (3) for fixation thereof to said underlayer and on the upper side of said heater (3), and a protective layer (10) which covers the heater (3) and the underlayer therearound and which has been fixed to said underlayer and to said heater (3) by means of the binder layer (9). During manufacture thereof, the heater is located on an underlayer, the underlayer around the heater and the upper side of said heater is covered with a binder and a protective layer is located on top of and fixed to the underlayer and on top of the heater by means of the binder. A construction element with the heater comprises, beyond said heater (3) and said binder layer (9) and protective layer (10), a mounting plate (14) and a fillet (15) which extends around said mounting plate (14), whereby an open space for said heater and layers is defined by the fillet (15) and a lateral surface (17) on the mounting plate (14).
