Abstract

Animal transport for at least one animal, such as a horse, including a boom (2) positioned in front of the horse. The boom is fixed in an attachment device with a boom release mechanism, which has a control handle (4) located on the outside of the transporter. The release mechanism includes a bar (5) movable by means of the handle (4) and equipped with at least one movable L-shaped hook (6) which extends into two sleeves (7) anchored in the transporter. The boom (2) has in its one end a corresponding sleeve (8) which is positioned between the hook's sleeves (7) so that the hook (6) extends through all three sleeves, and at its other end a hinge to that upon release it hangs down toward the floor.<IMAGE>
