Abstract

The present invention relates to an arrangement for collecting naturally occurring groundwater and/or maintaining naturally occurring groundwater levels, comprising a collection/infiltration point (104) for collection/infiltration channels (105, 205, 305) leading to said point or to groundwater. Said collection/infiltration point and said collection/infiltration channels are always disposed above sea level (SL). By virtue of the fact that both the collection/infiltration point and the collection/infiltration channels are always disposed above sea level, there is no risk that saltwater penetration will disturb the collection of naturally occurring groundwater.
