Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a method and a device for properly controlling and administering temperature of a molding tool. CONSTITUTION: The molding tool comprises a tool fixing half 2b and a mobile tool half 2a and when compressed, they form recesses which constitutes a casting mold of the molding tool. When parts cast in the molding tool sufficiently solidifies, the molding tool is released to take out the parts. A coolant is supplied to the tool half from a cooling member operated by a robot 3. A thermometer 5a measures temperature at least one measuring points on the molding tool. A controller is constituted so as to compare temperature (Tn ) measured at each measuring point with a temperature reference (Tref(n) ) to the measuring point and effect the coolant according to comparison results.
