Abstract

A frying pan provided with an arrangement for turning food during cooking has a round base and a side edge 8 which follows the base. It is further provided with a top structure 7 which is U-shaped and follows part of the side edge and also has a C-shaped or U-shaped concave design, so that the food, when turned, is moved towards the centre without spilling.
