The funnel or cone-shaped part (1, 2) has a cone-shaped inner cover surface (1.4) with a point directed towards the air flow direction, and the device incorporates an air control unit which is arranged wholly or partly within the cone-shaped part with a gap (g) to the inner cover surface. - The air control unit has a conical outer cover surface (4.1), the point of which is directed in the air flow direction, and a central opening in a plane at right-angles to the central line of the conical part (1.2). - (Dwg.1)
