Abstract

The invention concerns a cable connection designed for a screened cable (4) with at least one sleeve (11), which via a counter screw (2) of electrically conductive material can be affixed in a cable insertion opening in a wall (3). The counter screw (2) is designed with a projecting connection part (21) in the direction of the cable which consists of, or conveys, a contact unit (23, 24) to achieve a primarily radially directed contact pressure against the exposed cable screen (5). The counter screw (2) serves thereby as a protective earthing conductor between the cable screen (5) and the wall (3).<IMAGE>
