Abstract

A fixing component (10) is threaded on cam steel (16) used for rock bolting and the ring springs (11) are widened radially. They are therefore distributed along the cam steel length so that the end arms (12, 13) are directed in varying angle directions. When the cam steel is fitted in a bore hole (15) and is fixed with cement, it is centred by the end arms spreading out in different directions, which at the same time prevent the cam steel sliding out of the hole through its own wt. An assembly rod is provided so that through reciprocal angle displacement of the end arms the ring springs (11) are widened so that the fixing component can be threaded on comfortably.
