The invention relates to an integrated SQUID gradiometer of the Oth, 1st, ...nth order which comprises a SQUID interferometer, at least two plane transformers 1', 2' and an outer loop 14'. The transformers 1', 2' are arranged between an inner interferometer loop and an outer loop 14' and each transformer 1', 2' either surrounds or is surrounded by at least one other transformer 1', 2' for successive transforming-up into the interferometer loop.
