Abstract

The invention relates to a device for muscle-exercising machines of the type which comprise a counterload device 2 mounted in a stand 1 and having at least one movable part, for example a set of weights, to which there is connected a rope 3 or the like which can be pulled out from a specific point. At a distance from the pull-out point 10 of the rope 3 there is positioned an upright 17, to which is connected a turning or rotatable supporting member 18 to which a worker-out can apply a desired section of a body part, for example an arm, with a view to enabling an exactly repeatable and isolated exercising of just a certain muscle or group of muscles whenever the rope is pulled. <IMAGE>
