Abstract

Fuse switch in the form of a strip of fuses with a framework 10 containing the lower parts of fuses with a cover 20 on which the fuse cartridges 16 can be attached and a lever 30 in a bearing connected to the cover which can be turned in the framework for operating the cover between an on position and an off position. The cover 20 is provided with at least one guide 22 which projects into an elongated slot 40 in the lever 30 in which there is a plate spring 50. The slot 40 and the spring 50 are so designed that the cover's guide 22 in both the on position and the off position, is affected by the spring in such a way that manual energy is stored up and almost instantaneously released during the respective operations. The spring 50 is in addition so arranged that it retains the cover 20 in the off position. <IMAGE>
